At ARLO, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. However, if your order arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

What to do if your item is damaged or incorrect:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect item, email us at contact@enjoyarlo.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will coordinate a replacement for you.
